What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel within 12 hours of a dog walk or single drop-in visit, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Similarly, if you cancel within 48 hours of an out-of-town stay (live-in care, overnight care, drop-in visits), a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Are you licenses and insured?
Yes, we have a business license from Colorado and are licensed through the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. We are insured through Small Business Insurers of the Carolinas. You can ask about what our insurance covers during our meet-and-greet. We can provide full license, insurance, and bonding information upon request.
What is a meet & greet?
A meet-and-greet is when our professional pet sitter meets you and your pet for the first time. During this meeting, you can discuss the best services for you and your pet with our professional dog sitter. It also allows us to assess your pet’s behavior and emotions.
Where do you take your dogs for hike adventure?
The choice of destination for our hiking adventure is entirely up to you. Does your furry companion enjoy exploring hiking trails? Or perhaps your pet would prefer a leisurely stroll along a nature trail, followed by a refreshing puppacino?
What areas do you serve?
Currently, we only offer our services in the Durango, CO area within a 15-mile radius.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend submitting your requests for pet-sitting services at least a month in advance to ensure availability. If you need dog-walking services, submit your requests at least a week beforehand. Planning ahead is crucial, as our schedules tend to fill up quickly each day.
When can I expect to be contacted?
Our professional pet sitter will contact you as soon as possible. Our goal is to reach everyone within 24 hours, although day and times may vary.
